The oven is a great size for multi-cooking applications perfect for cooking several pizza cast iron dishes and more.
The oven comes in carmine red, UV powder-coated (Provided By IFS powder Coating USA.) that will last for many years. The oven also has a double-walled stainless steel insulated chimney pipe with spark-arrestor and comes with an outdoor cover for the oven body. Available in counter-top or with a stainless-steel stand for easy transportation. The oven dome is constructed with 304 stainless steel and 4″ of insulation to keep heat in for great baking. The low profile dome allows for fast heat-up times while using smaller amounts of wood than traditional ovens. The Cart is 304 stainless steel shelve with side tables and two shelves under shelves for wood storage.
The oven vents from inside the top dome. The door is double-wall stainless steel as well and is designed with a safe cool-touch handle. The Refectory stones are heavy density and easily replaced if need be with a lifetime warranty.
A refractory floor (heavy-duty fire brick) with a 30′ x 25” wide cooking surface. You can cook multiple small pizzas and even a whole sheet pan for real family cooking! The Unique dome design allows the oven to heat up within 20 minutes to cooking temperature and cook pizza as fast as 90 seconds. Great for entertaining friends and family with some extra room for cooking large-size family-style pizzas, and multiple cast iron cooking plates.
