The New Forno Fun Oven is a portable wood-fired pizza oven that comes in a beautiful carmine red,  galvanized UV powder coat (provided by IFS Powder Coating of Texas) that will last for many years.  The oven has a double-walled 304 stainless steel insulated chimney pipe with a spark-arrestor and damper and outdoor cover.

The oven dome is constructed with 304 stainless steel and 4″ of insulation to keep heat in for great baking.

A refractory floor (heavy-duty fire brick). with a 24” wide cooking surface. The unique dome design allows the oven to heat up within 20 minutes to cooking temperature and cook pizza as fast as 90 seconds. It works just like a traditional mason wood oven, the fire is placed inside the oven and kept to the side. Pizza and bread can be cooked directly on the food-grade refractory cooking stone where it cooks perfectly. Great for pizza, steaks, fish, bread, and anything you can cook in an oven but only better.
