We promise to make every effort to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times provided on the product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight companies, and these estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice.

However, the estimated (average) delivery time within the Contiguous United States (we do not ship to Alaska & Hawaii) is generally under 10 days.

This includes a processing time of 3 to 4 days and a delivery time of 4 to 6 days.  Some areas are more remote then others so keep that in mind when ordering and call for estmates  Such differences may also be caused by  weather or  by increased customer demand during during certain periods of the year (holidays, christmas, black friday, national holidays or closing days of partner logistics companies)

All clients must inspect and sign for  the oven . They must provide a phone number that they answer for the delivery  appointment. Ovens are delivered curbside with lift gate service and the driver will have a a pallet jack to leave it in your drive way or front .

• Our Shipping Company will call you at the phone numbers you provided to schedule the delivery of your package.
• The Shipping Company will deliver your package and you or someone over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for your package.
• At the time of delivery inspect your package for visible damage, if there is visible damage refuse the package and note on shipping documents and please contact us.
• If you fail to be present at the time of your scheduled delivery, you will be charged for shipping things happen just call the shipper to reschedule if need be!
• If there is no visible damage, sign for your package and inspect it for concealed damage if there is concealed damage contact us immediately so we can solve it!
• We recommend having 4 extra persons a dolly and pallet jack to help move your package and assemble the stand.
• The oven will come in a large wooden crate.
• The shipper will drop off the oven in your driveway please inspect it before signing for it.
• You Must take delivery within 5 days of shipper calling or you will be charged daily for storage.

1) I understand that I must inspect the package upon delivery, take pictures, and report any damages to Backyard brick ovens  within 48 hours of delivery.

2) I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of new product shipping in the case of a refund

3) I understand that products need to be returned unused and unopened. An additional restocking fee of at least 25% may apply.

4) I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I can receive a full refund but additional costs are to be expected which means that the refund amount will be lower than the amount spent.   We always do our best to help our clients out but sometimes you just have to have the fine print!
