Outstanding products and customer service from a great family company. Scot and his team really do go above and beyond for their customers and stand by their products for life. I would not consider purchasing a wood fired oven from anyone but Scot and BYBO and if you are considering one of their oven, you will not be disappointed. As Scot says in one of his many tutorial videos “Love Life and get Cooking” !

There isn’t enough I can say about Backyard Brickoven . First, Scott helped me thru the purchasing process by answering all questions I had about the oven, what my needs are, and assisting with helping select the best product for me. It didn’t end there; Backyard Brickoven was extremely helpful in arranging delivery for me, Furthermore, their support didn’t end there. For the 2 years that I have had the oven – which is my prized outdoor piece of equipment – Scott has continued to provide immediate support for any questions I have had regarding operating, modifying, and occasionally repairing components of the oven. Their customer support is second to none as is the product they sell.

Incredible ovens! My family has always been searching for a great pizza oven for our backyards and all I can say is WOW! Let me start off by telling you that all of my family owns pizza shops and has for the last 35 years, so novices we are not. We were very excited to see what this little backyard oven could do. My god! Did a better pizza just come out of this oven then at my shop? Are you kidding me!!!!!!! My brother-in-law and I were floored! The crust developed perfectly and the toppings melted right into the sauce. We cooked up some red, green, and yellow bell peppers ahead of time in a cast iron pan in the oven before throwing them on the pie. Did I mention I’m not really a fan of peppers? But something magical happened in this oven between the Smokey wood and the heat turbulence in the dome of the oven I’m guessing. Or maybe it’s some magic at this point, I just can’t be sure. Anyways, now that I love peppers on my pizza I can stand here and say, this oven has got it all. Simplicity for the novice, and the seriousness of a modern pizza chef. If you were ever interested in making the best pizza you ever had in your own yard look no further. Great quality oven at a reasonable price and the customer service is second to none. Even though it's not actually in the house I still consider it my very favorite kitchen tool. My neighbors love me! Stop thinking about it and buy one!!
