I did A LOT of research before buying, and it was apparent to me that, not only was this the highest quality oven, but the company is one I could have confidence in and feel really good about supporting. I chose the Grande X, which works for me, but I'm sure my experience applies to all of their ovens. Find the one that works for you. As I was shopping, I had some questions. They were answered surprisingly quickly. These folks are experts, and their love and enthusiasm for cooking and helping others succeed is apparent. After I got the oven, I emailed another question, and Scot (the owner) called me a few minutes later. In addition to answering the question, we had a very nice chat for several minutes. I don’t write many reviews. But, I endorse this product and Backyard Brick Ovens without reservation. The products are amazing, and the people are just as wonderful.
