Brick Oven Pizza Cooking in a Blizzard
Brick Oven Pizza Cooking in a Blizzard.
For me, I love the art, and when it comes to cooking any time of the year I’m out there giving it my all. Just because I live in the northeast doesn’t mean that I won’t enjoy great food all year round. Especially when I’m snowed in for the day. I find it to be so much fun to get the oven going and then make some great dishes. I also do a facebook post or two to get everybody commenting.and thinking about pizza and family fun. Besides, sitting around the house looking at the snow falling just doesn’t do it for me. (I love life and love to get cooking) So I get the snow blower going, get the shovels out, and start a nice fire in my oven. After the snow clearing (or even during the downfall) its time for some real comfort food, and what better comfort food is there than pizza! The family is also happy too, it seems everybody is buzzing around, smelling the wood, making the sauce and stretching the dough out in anticipation for great pizza,
No need for the winter blues anymore.
