These fine ovens come in 2 color options, Red and Tuscan Yellow. They are built on a solid stainless steel frame, with a large handle and castors for easy maneuverability. The door handle is insulated for safe cooking and protection from the elements. The door is also perforated so the oven can breathe while the door is on and the oven is lit . The cooking surface is solid refractory and is 2 pieces, one small stone for the fire and one large solid stone for even baking. A thermometer is built into the oven face for easy temperature readings. The Dome is made of thick gauge steel with solid welds, 2 inner layers, and one outer layer. Between these layers is a thick layer of insulation to retain heat for faster heat up times and for safety for preventing the outer from getting too hot. The chimney is made of solid steel double wall pipe and is powder coated for protection from the elements. There is also a spark arrester that will prevent hot ash from escaping. It’s A great looking and performing backyard brick oven that can be enjoyed by everyone!
