If You want to do steak you can put in a cast iron grill for 4 steaks at a time or 4 large loaves of bread!

The cooking is fast and furious with heat-up times of 25 minutes. The oven can cook at 900f and burns very little wood compared to traditional brick ovens, (which I love and have built by hand but I don’t have the three hours needed to get the oven dry and hot each time I have to fire it up!) Insulated dome 4″ of 2,000-degree rated pyro ceramic insulation and  holds heat well. Double wall stainless steel door with a cool touch handle , and double wall insulated 304 stainless steel vent pipe with a built-in damper. 5 year hearth warrenty as well!
